Evansville, IN heavy and melodic post-hardcore/ emo rockers are pleased to announce that their debut LP, Let Them Smell Their Flowers, is available everywhere NOW! The band poured their hearts and souls into 10 explosive songs crafted over the last 3 years, combining elements of melodic post-hardcore, emo and post-grunge that will fill the void for music lovers missing the sounds of Title Fight and the like. The band formed in 2020, blending the aggression and catharsis of post-hardcore with the sensitivity and introspection of emo music. The Evansville, IN trio are equally indebted to the emo revival of the past decade as they are with grunge and nu-metal from decades prior. Vocalist/guitarist Brandon Bertinotti layers ambient jazz licks between dense rambunctious chords, supported by drummer Darin Harger’s crashing cymbals and bassist/vocalist Mason Bradley’s intensity. In 2022, A Modest Proposal released the standalone single ‘Calamity’ and the EP ‘Solera.’ ‘Silly’ was released in early 2023 showcasing where the band was headed with their sound. And now, their debut LP “Let Them Smell Their Flowers” captures the true essence of the band’s sound and purpose.
