Ft. Collins, Colorado band Gleemer, just announced their latest LP "End of the Nail" set for release on December 6, 2024 through Other People Records. The album features 11 brand new tracks, with lead-off single and album opener "Half Smile" now available for streaming. The new track showcases their unique blend of shoegaze, slowcore, emo and alternative "downer" rock with layered hazy guitars, Corey Coffman's trademark soothing and melancholy and melodic vocal delivery, fitting somewhere between Balance and Composure and early Death Cab for Cutie. Gleemer share moody new single "The Body's Worth" from forthcoming LP
Gleemer have shared “The Body’s Worth” the second single from their forthcoming LP "End of the Nail" following opening track “Half Smile.” On “The Body’s Worth,” Gleemer have crafted a rich, melancholic, yet aggressive sound. Coffman’s distinct vocals pour out lyrics of isolation, emphasized by moody, layered guitars that build into soul-stirring rhythms. Diving deeper into the lyrics, Coffman states: “This song explores feelings on the outside of a concrete system of beliefs.
